We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, gear that has been used in active sports cannot be returned.

Are your helmets and pads certified for professional use?
Absolutely. All Pro-Tec protective equipment meets or exceeds industry safety standards, including CPSC, ASTM, and CE certifications where applicable.

We recommend hand washing removable liners in cold water with mild soap and air drying. Avoid using high heat or harsh chemicals, as they can degrade the protective foam.
